The Healthy Building Institute of America’s mission is to train and educate investors, property managers, maintenance supervisors and real estate professionals on how "Mother Nature" is adapting to our changing environment and changing some of the rules of game.
HBIA offers mini courses, coaching and Healthy Building Management Plans that address the changing realities involving "sick homes" and "sick buildings" and the growing number of environmental illnesses.
We address legal liabilities, insurance issues, property values and health risks associated with this fast moving topic.
